About Shanon Kelly

As a native of North Carolina, Shanon Kelly has experienced much of this beautiful state by living in all three regions. She grew up in Cary but has always loved the ocean and coastal lifestyle, which led her to Wilmington to attend UNCW after leaving AppState. Shanon graduated with an education degree and taught 2nd grade before obtaining her Real Estate License. Along with Shanon's patience and organization she is committed to providing excellent client care before, during, and after a sale. Understanding individual personal goals is the center of her real estate practice.. Her promise to listen, respond, and deliver 100% to all of her clients makes the home buying process as seamless as possible, and hopefully fun! As a Seahawk alumni and a Wilmington resident, Shanon is confident and happy to call Wilmington home. In her spare time Shanon enjoys the activities and festivities the local areas have to offer. When she is not working, she enjoys time outside on the beaches and boating, crafting DIY projects, and good eating & cooking with her husband Brad, sons Chase & Austin, black lab Zoey and her family and friends.
